Parcels are currently being sent with Uzbekistan post numbers, so Uzbekistan may appear in the tracking. This is a technical feature — in reality, the parcel goes directly to the destination country.
As soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse in Germany, you will receive an e-mail notification, and the status will be updated on the website.
For those sending to Russia: after leaving the transit point until sorting in Moscow, updates may be absent for up to 7 days — this is normal.
For those sending to Kazakhstan, updates only appear after sorting in Aktobe — the parcel is usually in transit for 10–14 days.
